We do not require any sort of contract, however, we do require our clients to sign a service agreement. This will only be required after your initial cleaning, and you request that a regular cleaning schedule be setup. There is no obligation to complete the service agreement. You may cancel it at any point by contacting our customer care.

If requested, we will arrive with all our own cleaning supplies and equipment necessary to clean your home or office. All of the products we use are recognized brands most of which are eco-friendly, and unscented or have a very light scent.
